Fiserv Galaxy streamlines member information while providing the look and feel of a Web browser.

Fiserv Galaxy is designed to streamline operations and capture as much of a member's financial portfolio as possible at a single setting. The "WEB browser" look of the system makes it user-friendly and easy to learn.

• Account creation can occur for both new and existing members.
• The “shopping cart” approach is utilized in selecting and creating multiple records.
• The credit union can build packages based on defined accounts.

• The credit union defi nes those products that will appear in the account window.
• The system walks staff through opening selected accounts and services.
• The system allows personalized forms and disclosures processing.
• The system includes a member information
  display for pertinent member information.
• A Share and Loan Inquiry Box is also included for easy determination of a member’s current portfolio, allowing for cross-selling features.
• The system highlights each step in the creation process. Defaults can be set to skip certain screens and is userdefined, allowing for a customized approach.
• The credit union can determine which groups of fi elds will be displayed for data entry.
• The system provides an optional use of Warnings and Comments section with an expiration date.
• The credit union can choose from five (5) optional screen color schemes.
