Overview
E-Statement Attachments is a service that will allow credit unions to send links to various types of documents such as Monthly/Quarterly Newsletters and Marketing Campaigns to members who currently receive E-Statements. The links to these documents will be accessible through the E-Statement email message that your members receive on a monthly/quarterly basis.

How it Works
Credit Unions will email to Fiserv Galaxy the documents they would like to have as a link in their next E-Statement mailing. Fiserv Galaxy will house those documents here in a secure folder and will supply the Credit Union with a
link that will allow them to view these files before they go out in the next E-Statement mailing. When the members receive their monthly/quarterly email message to view their E-Statements, they will also be sent the links necessary to view/print any of the documents that were supplied by the Credit Union.
The following is an example of what this email may look like. These messages are customizable by
each Credit Union:
Your E-Statement has been delivered to your NetBranch account. Please visit your NetBranch website to view your statement.
By accessing Terms & Conditions you will be provided information regarding the reconciliation of any discrepancies you may
find on your statement.
