Overview
The E-mail Address Updating
service from Fiserv Galaxy gives
NetBranch clients the ability to have their
primary e-mail addresses for those
members that are in NetBranch
uploaded into their Galaxy database on
a monthly basis.
How it Works
On a monthly basis a program is run for your credit union that extracts all of the primary e-mail addresses that are currently in Netbranch and updates the e-mail address field in Galaxy.
*This program is run automatically and does not require the credit union to run it or have it scheduled. This program overwrites an e-mail address that already exists in Galaxy if one exists in NetBranch.
**If you are an In-House credit union, you need to run this in your INHOUSE/REMOTE menu on a monthly basis.
