What is an Employee Hotline?
This Hotline Service would provide Fiserv Galaxy Credit Unions a dedicated 800 number and extension to be used for employees to access if your credit union experiences a disaster. This number would keep your employees up-to-date on emergency notices, staffing needs and other information impacting the operation of your credit union during a disaster.
Can we use it for other services?
Yes, it can be used for keeping your employees updated on training sessions, staff meetings and other credit union related activities or functions. You can even setup a voice mail box so that your employees can leave you messages.
What does it cost for us to have it?
The cost of this service is $25.00 a month with a one-time setup charge of $250.00.
