What is Incentive Pay?
This enhancement allows your credit union to promote E-Statements and other services to members who regularly use home banking. You can can set up monetary incentives for members who sign up for certain NetBranch Plus services such as E-Statements, E-Alerts, E-Notification, etc.
How it works
Your credit union can update parameters that would allow them to specify how much money the members would receive from the credit union. On the Incentive Configuration screen, the credit union can define a credit union dummy account number and ID to use for the sign-up withdrawal. For everyone who signs up, your credit union will automatically credit the incentive to the member’s account for the pre-defined amount.
You can also see a list of the members who have signed up for the incentive program.
You can get started today by logging into the NetBranch Administrative Menu and configure the service you want to pay an incentive. Please click here to review a copy of the documentation. You will be required to enter your Fiserv Galaxy.com credit union user name and password.
