Loan-By-Phone
The
Fiserv Galaxy system has been enhanced to process loans received through the Audio
Response Unit (ARU). Using a touch-tone phone, members can now call and "fill-in" voice
applications that are then available for processing in Fiserv Galaxy, even while
Fiserv Galaxy is in store mode (or store and forward).
Features
Using pre-defined Loan Application Types, this enhancement allows your credit union to process a variety of automated loans, including:
- New Auto (NA)
- Used Auto (UA)
- Share Secured (SS)
- Certificate Secured (CS)
- Credit Card (CC)
- Signature Loans (SL)
This enhancement also includes pre-recorded Loan Application prompts for products, questions and informational messages.
Optional Features
The following options are also available for Automated Loan Processing:
- Additional Application Types
Additional Application Types can be added to Loan-By-Phone PC Parameters and GALAXY. For example, your credit union may want to add an application type for student loans or second mortgage. In this case additional questions can be asked during the application process.
- Additional Questions and Statements
Additional questions can be added to existing Application Types based on your credit union's requirements. For instance, "Please enter the four-digit year the vehicle was manufactured, followed by the pound key", for a used car loan can be requested during the application process.
