The Fiserv Galaxy Interface to Loanliner.com
Loanliner.com is a web enabled lending tool that integrates into your credit
union's Web site and automates your online loan process. It provides many
valuable tools including customizable forms, online decisioning and compatibility
with the Loan Plus and Loan Manager product.

Set Up
In order to use loanliner.com, credit unions must set up specific information on both the web side through CUNA Mutual and on the Galaxy side through Galaxy System Parameters.
Thereafter, loanliner.com can be used to efficiently process loan applications submitted online through the credit union's web page.
The Process
- A credit union member enters a loan application through loanliner.com
on the credit union's web page and clicks Submit.
- The CUNA Mutual download program on the server periodically retrieves
applications from loanliner.com. The CUNA Mutual import program then
translates into the Galaxy Automated Loan Application (ALA) and creates
an application file on the server.
- The Galaxy Server program continuously searches the server for files,
determines the appropriate phone line, and sends through the home banking
interface to the ALA.
- The ALA process receives the application and reads ALA parameters. This
interface uses three groups of Galaxy parameters: ALA, Credit Report and
Loan Plus General Parameters.
- The ALA process creates an application.
- If ALA parameters are set for credit report processing, Galaxy requests
and processes a credit report accordingly.
- If ALA parameters are set to update Loan Plus, a Loan Plus application is created.
