Remote Teller Override

:: ANOTHER GREAT PRODUCT SOLUTION FROM GALAXYPLUS ::

Remote Teller Override (RTO) streamlines teller operations by allowing a supervisor to enter override passwords from any remote work station— whether that work station is on another floor of your credit union, another office area, or even another branch location! RTO eliminates the need for a supervisor to be physically present when an override is needed. A supervisor can be logged on as an authorized Remote Teller Supervisor without being signed into the Fiserv Galaxy system. This frees your supervisors to do other duties while still being available to your staff for override requests.

How It works
When a teller attempts to perform a task without the appropriate privileges, an 'Override Password Required' message displays on the screen. In order to proceed, the teller must request a supervisor or another authorized individual to enter the required password. A teller can request the override from a supervisor from any location within the credit union using RTO. This includes a request sent from branch to branch. Once the request is received by the supervisor, the teller is notified that the message was received. The supervisor has the ability to view the exact screen on which the requesting teller is working. After reviewing the information, the supervisor enters the appropriate password and either approves or denies the teller access to completing the task. The supervisor can also add comments to the approval/denial message. The requesting teller receives the approval/denial notification along with any additional comments entered. If a supervisor steps away from their desk, an 'Away From Desk' option can be selected making the supervisor unavailable to receive override requests.

Audit Report
The Audit Report logs all teller override activity. The report documents the requesting teller, the approving supervisor, and the action— approved, denied, additional comments entered at the time of the override, date, and time. The report can be generated for a specified date range and sorted by requesting teller or by
approving supervisor.
