Statement Archiving

Statement Archiving allows credit union members
to view their statements online beyond the last 90 days.

Yet another service option provided by Fiserv Galaxy NetBranch Plus, Statement Archiving gives credit union members the ability to view their statements online beyond the last 90 days. This service allows the member to view statements that have been archived in Optical Storage. The typical amount of storage for Optical is up to two years of statements.

Similar to E-Statements, members will be required to accept an Statement Archiving Disclosure when enrolling onto the service, consenting to electronic delivery of their statements. The Statement Archiving feature must be enabled by Fiserv Galaxy.
